METHOD
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180 DEGREES C . LINE A BAKING TRAY WITH BAKING PAPER
PLACE THE CHOPPED PUMPKIN IN A MIXING BOWL AND DRIZZLE WITH THE OLIVE OIL AND MAPLE SYRUP. SEASON WITH SAND AND TOSS TO COAT.
